This is how independent training works:
Distribute
Simply distribute the individual training sessions to the people to be trained. If you would like to check participation as part of a professional hygiene training course, then use the enclosed participation form.
Train
Each team member now practices hand disinfection independently - supported by interactive instructions on the smartphone or computer. The instructions lead you through the training step by step and provide helpful tips. Don't worry: it's a normal website - no download, no app.
Evaluate
On the evaluation page, you as a hygiene specialist can evaluate and document the group results in no time.

- mobility – With DesiCoach® 2Go, any number of people can train practically, supported by the online instructions (normal website – no download, no app).
- efficiency – The accompanying hygiene specialist can easily check and document the training on the evaluation page (discreetly and anonymously).
- flexibility of use – For different professional groups, aas a meaningful giveaway, ffor individuals (e.g. as follow-up training), for large groups or under contact restrictions
- training success – The training goes far beyond recognizing gaps in wetting. All aspects of hygienic hand disinfection are covered: the correct dosage, rubbing in without loss, complete wetting - even on the nail fold - and observing the correct sequence.
- practical relevance – Developed according to the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute.
- Simplicity – Visible directly on the hands and can be used anywhere – even outdoors.
The DesiCoach® method
Through visual feedback, everyone develops their own individual technique for effective hand disinfection! The training with the DesiCoach® coloring and decolorizing agent combines for the first time the three most important learning objectives in one product:
- The individual dosage amount
→ The right amount for your hand size - The correct rubbing technique
→ The most effective techniques for complete wetting - The correct order when applying
→ Your routine for fixing vulnerabilities
The quality promise of DesiCoach®

- With natural lipids
- With Panthenol (Provitamin B5)
- Without fragrances
- Vegan
In order to achieve comparable properties to everyday disinfectants, DesiCoach® is based on similar ingredients: alcohol, water and lipids.

FAQs
Everything you might still want to know.
Check if too much liquid dripped off during application.
Make sure the DesiCoach® Colorizer was shaken well before use.
Applying DesiCoach® directly after using lotion or disinfecting can affect the coloring. In this case, please wash your hands and start over.

As part of an international IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) training course by Malteser International in Sudan, we were able to use DesiCoach® for practical hand hygiene training.
The deployment took place against a backdrop of increased infection risks due to ongoing humanitarian challenges. Thirty-five people from clinical and non-clinical fields participated in the training.
The content focused on infection prevention, transmission routes, personal protective equipment and hand hygiene.
DesiCoach® helped to make theoretical concepts about the transmission of pathogens practically comprehensible. Many participants were surprised at how easily contamination occurs and how often individual areas of the hands are not adequately reached during disinfection.
DesiCoach makes the invisible visible and provides a lasting reminder of what is often forgotten in everyday life. This practical approach is particularly valuable for international training because it intuitively enables a clear learning effect.

The training sessions are going great. The Heyfair system is consistently praised as very helpful, as it allows trainees to identify their typical wetting gaps from the outset and then optimize them.
In practice, it can also be seen that the students perform their hand disinfection much more properly.
Every year on Action Day, we have an area where people diligently practice hand hygiene using a UV lamp. This year we wanted to offer something special and chose DesiCoach.
The employees liked that several people could practice hand hygiene at the same time.
The two solutions allowed employees to train twice or check whether they were covering all areas.
What we noticed during application was that the white dye was hardly absorbed on very dry hands.
Despite the seriousness of the topic, the employees had a lot of fun and overall it's a great product.
Thank you for your valuable feedback! We are delighted that DesiCoach was well received at your event and that the employees enjoyed the training despite the serious topic.
What's particularly nice is that you were able to take advantage of training with several people at the same time.
We appreciate your feedback regarding reduced color intensity on very dry hands. Based on our experience, a weaker color effect is often caused by excessively moist hands, for example due to sweat, hand creams, or the use of very rich disinfectants prior to application.
If you continue to experience this, please feel free to email us at hey@heyfair.de. We can then work together to determine the possible cause in your specific case. 🙂
Thank you again for your detailed feedback and we wish you continued enjoyment with your training!
We frequently use DesiCoach in our hygiene training courses. Participants are always surprised to discover which areas are not disinfected sufficiently.
Yesterday, May 5th, we were able to vividly demonstrate to our employees and visitors – even without a blacklight box – how well or poorly they disinfected their hands as part of the Clean Hands Day campaign. Even our mayor was impressed by the demonstration.
Especially the to-go products sold well.
And our rescue service manager was so impressed that he wants me to use the product in future lessons at our training center.
Start up production now!
Kind regards from Witzenhausen
We used DesiCoach today as part of our action day at the institution, in celebration of WHO Hand Hygiene Day – and it was very well received overall.
A particularly positive aspect is that it quickly and clearly shows whether hands have been disinfected correctly. This strengthens awareness of thorough hand hygiene and significantly increases sensitivity in everyday life.
One minor limitation is the different coloring: If the hands have been previously moisturized, the skin will only absorb the color to a limited extent, which can make the assessment somewhat difficult.
Overall, however, it is a very helpful and practical tool for promoting hand hygiene.
We actively use DesiCoach at the professional fire department and in our training sessions. The usability is great, and the learning success is immediately visible to the participants. A full 5 stars!

We have of course included DesiCoach in our plans for the action day on May 5th. Since we now use the product in almost all of our training sessions, we are already quite experienced with it.
Furthermore, we receive a lot of positive feedback when we move on to the unit with the "colored" or "white" hands. It is and remains – for everyone involved – a great tool for promoting hand disinfection!
We're currently happy to have two different colors available, so the fact that the white product isn't available in bottles hardly matters anymore. We like using both and know how to use the resource accordingly.
